You might consider fibromyalgia and persons with this can have chest pain of costochondritis. A Rheumatologist is the best type of doctor.

Your primary care physician can take a thorough history&system review, perform a complete physical examination & order baseline lab work to make a differential diagnosis and then may refer you to a specialist for further evaluation & advice if deemed advisable. If I were to recommend a specialist, I'd pick a rheumatologist as fibromyalgia would be a definite possibility as a cause of your symptom
