Does shark cartiledge help for arthritis pain? if so how long in taking it would you see any results?

If the FDA doesn't investigate a supplement for safety, freedom from contaminants, dosage, or verify claims of efficacy, most MD's won't endorse them. If I feel they're not doing any harm,I advise trying them but if no good results after 3 months, then discontinue their use.

This has never been proven to be helpful in any legitimate studies. If you want to try it, try it for 2-3 months.
