Yellowish ,creamy vaginal discharge is more characteristic of a vaginal infection. If you've been having unprotected sex and your period is 10 days late, pregnancy is a definite possibility. A home pregnancy test, carefully performed, should be positive if you're pregnant.

Perhaps a nonspecific reaction of your vagina to increased sexual frequency. However, colored (creamy, yellow, brownish) often means an infection. If either you or your partner has had sex with anyone else in the last few months, an STD is possible, especially if you both haven't been tested since you had sex with anyone else. Best to see a doctor for exam and testing: better safe than sorry!
