Amenorrhea: Amenorrhea refers to absence of a period. The most common cause of amenorrhea is pregnancy. Symptoms of pregnancy can include dizziness, fatigue and nausea (feeling of wanting to throw up). I would first rule out that you are not pregnant! obtain a home urine pregnancy test or go to a clinic to have a pregnancy test done.
