Any positive on a serum HCG test shows at least early pregnancy. If pregnancy is sought after ovulation induction with an IM dose of 5-10k units of HCG, this show as a weak "positive" on a repeat HCG after ovulation induction. Get a repeat HCG in two weeks to be certain.
