The jumbled words cited have little meaning beyond the obvious and must be interpreted by the doc who ordered the test and knows the history. Abnormal means just that, it does not say why or how much. Unconfirmed = unconfirmed. 12 leads are the standard for many people who do EKG's & includes leads on the extremities and the chest near the heart.
