Hi doc i'm brian i'm 31years old i'm a pastor so i have been having a strange feeling from my right hand lower back a vibrating fluttering feeling & it days i have been feeling this vibration but there is no pain what could be the cause of this ?

In the absence of other symptoms, I believe you're dealing with an irritable lumbar muscle or superficial nerve. These usually settle down and resolve after a few days. See your physician as needed.
