Fsh values of 190 rechecked at 197 fsh lh did eventually go back down to normal/stayed normal for 10 months. i was told and have read when fsh that high wont go back to normal so very scared and confused and stressed and now its back to 35. why?

This is a complex issue. I recommend you go to uptodate.com and spend a few $ for a 1 month subscription and read all about FSH. Then discuss with your team. Would suspect you are going thru menopause.
