Usually this would be safe, but it depends on what treatment you were given. The best treatment is doxycycline, taken twice daily for a week, which never fails to cure chlamydia, and sex during treatment would not be a problem. The previous first choice treatment, single dose azithromycin, is now known to fail to cure up to 15% of infections. If treated with azithro, for sure no sex for 7 days.
