So i have a puncture wound on bottom of foot size of a tiny freckle. i think something is in the wound. how do i get it out? i have it wrapped with gauze and tape right now but i would like to get the foreign object out very tiny?

Can be difficult to get outIf it shows up on x- ray May be able to find by chopping around where it appears to be.
