Atorvastatin does interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Since Fresca contains grapefruit concentrate I recommend avoiding it

Yes, there is no problem there, although you may want to limit the number of Frescas that you drink because of the excessive amount of sugar present in that type of soft drink. Good luck.
