I accidentally took 4 - 500mg tylenol pm just a few minutes ago. i am 63, weigh 400lbs, and take several prescriptions, for high bp, cholesterol, and allergies. i have a stomach band so throwing up isnt an option, what should i do?

Do not drink alcohol. Do not take any more Tylenol for 24 hours. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. 2gm of acetaminophen in one day will not do any harm.
