In a situation like this I like to sit down with the interpreting radiologist and get his/her sense of what this most likely is, whether additional studies or follow up would be advisable or whether it's recommended to consult a specialist, such as a thoracic surgeon,for advice. I would be.more reassured after such a review with the radiologist.
