Not all chronic prostatitis improves with anti-inflammatories. Diclofenac is not necessarily stronger than ibuprofen. They are similar types of medicines and one may work better than another. But ideally you need evaluation by your doctor (generalist or urologist) for other kinds of treatment for the pain.
