Need a GYN evaluatn: You most likely have a benign alteration in the normal vaginal bacteria called bacterial vaginosis (probably from the usual pre-surgical, intra-vaginal prep fluid). It can be easily treated with Flagyl (metronidazole), but you should see your doctor to get it checked out.
