I'm sure Dr. Singh will also reply, but speaking as an STI and HIV prevention expert, I can assure you that such an exposure has little or no chance of transmitting HIV, even if your partner has HIV. Few if any experts would recommend PEP in this situation. You can expect Dr. Singh to agree.
