Left nipple hirts when pressed and touched (seems slightly inflamed and hard). has been going on for 2-3 weeks now. its lessened but i keep touching it, which probably makes it worse. no discharge or discoloration?

This case seems to need more details to determine what's going on. I would advise seeing your PCP and they can examine it. If you have been into any trauma before these symptoms occurred, it might have caused this issue. Also any recent exposure to chemicals or topical medications? Any recent surgeries?
