I wonder if you had false negative covid tests. I can't consider your symptoms to be classically pathognomic of the long covid syndrome. However you seemed to have developed chronic post nasal drip. Your laryngeal irritation may be due to this or you may have some GERD or laryngopharangeal reflux. I recommend being evaluated by an ENT specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
