I assume pregnancy wasn't an issue. It appears that you have some hormonal imbalance to cause this heavy & prolonged menstrual bleeding. If bleeding is very heavy or doesn't cease, you must consult your gynecologist for evaluation & treatment.

Irregular menstrual bleeding,could be pelvic infection STD pregnancy even ectopic pregnancy hormone imbalance or vaginal infection.These type symptoms should be evaluated by a physician if they get worse go to the emergency room .See an OB/GYN physician or family practice physician who does gynecology for specific diagnosis and treatment
