The clitoris has over 8000 nerve endings and is extremely sensitive. Your gynecologist found no inflammation, infection, injury or rash. Avoid tight clothing, bicycle riding, excessive stimulation. If there's excessive dryness, apply a moisturizer like aquaphor. You could temporarily apply a nonprescription numbing cream or ointment containing lidocaine.
