Probably nothing is wrong at all. Natural vaginal fluid is a better lubricant than water, and may make the vaginal walls feel smoother than they do with water. There is no important health problem likely to cause what you are feeling. But if you remain concerned, you'll need to see your gynecologist for exam. Probably it will be reassuring.
