: I assume pregnancy isn't a possibilty. Ozempic can impact the menstrual cycle and even completely stop periods. This is usually attributed to weight loss. At this time I recommend waiting to see if your period is simply delayed. If it's missed ask your gynecologist for instructions &amp; advice.
