In many states you are considered an adult at 18 and your health information is protected under various laws. In my state you would need to sign a consent form for your mom to get that information. However, if your healthcare is under your mom's/families' insurance, she would have access to the EOB (insurance statement) listing the reason for the visit and any tests done.
