Nose bleeds: It is possible for vynase to cause nose bleeds as it can increase the heart rate and blood pressure which can cause nose bleeds.

Stimulant+Epistaxis: The #1 cause of nose bleeding in younger children is do to trauma (e.g. Nose picking) the incidence of epistaxis in patients taking vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is extremely low & seen at the same frequency as in the general population. Stimulants induced dermatillomania (pathologic skin picking/scratching/rubbing/digging/squeezing) is rare, but considered as it may also explain epistaxis in individuals on stimulants.
