I have a matured ovarian dermoid cyst 72mmx45mmx41mm vol 67.6cm3 endometria thickness 2.1 with no free fluid. about once a month i have horrible stomachaches, fatigue, and unbearable vertigo. obgyn wont test if its malignant. should i be worried?

You need to get a second opinion by another OB- GYN to determine the size and extent of the "dermoid" cyst and possibly have it biopsied.
