A member asked:

Ive been having clitoris pain on one side when touched and recently its been happening unprovoked. i saw a doctor and they said it should go away. its been almost a month and its still there. could this be permanent nerve damage?

Since there's no sign of swelling, redness or infection, I would assume some injury/trauma is responsible for your clitoral discomfort. I recommend avoiding further irritation of the clitoris until tenderness/ pain resolves. If not improved after a couple of weeks of rest, consult your gynecologist for evaluation & advice.
