Period is late. tubal ligation in 2018. very crampy stomach, nausea, flank/back pain, as well as visual disturbances, no history of ovarian cancer. what could be going on? could this be ovarian cancer?

Ovarian cancer usually causes no symptoms of this sort. However, anyone with new or unexplained abdominal, flank or back pain should be professionally evaluated, so check with your doctor soon. (If you have fever or abnormal vaginal bleeding, do it immediately.) "Visual disturbance" probably is an entirely separate problem. Good luck.
