If your EKG during exercise showed ST segment depression, it is suspicious for blockage in the coronary circulation. If your symptoms warrant it, the definitive next tests would be a coronary angiogram or a CT scan angiogram with fractional flow reserve measurement to determine if you have significant coronary artery disease
