Sometimes the eye might seem to "jerk" or move rapidly if a person is fatigued or stressed. Sometimes this might also be lid twitching which also can be related to fatigue, eye strain, stress, over consumption of stimulants like caffeine and decongestants, and sometimes from dry eye or allergy. If the eye doctor did not find any problems the you should be OK, but follow up if it persists.
