Yes: If you are pregnant and have an acute emergency then you will be seen and treated however such visits will not replace prenatal care.

Usually: Often included, but you need to review your coverage plan documentation for specifics. Should also have information # for your health plan (?Back of id card?) can also call the billing / pre-registration department of a local hospital and see if they can help.

Some may: Some pregnancy related problems may require emergency care. Most routine prenatal care is important ant but would not be considered an emergency until care associated with the actual delivery.

Regarding insurance?: If you're asking about insurance coverage, most insurance plans have a separate coverage for pregnancy-related care as well as delivery and newborn baby care. If you're asking about the ability of an emergency room to provide pregnancy-related care- then absolutely! emergency physicians are well trained in caring for pregnant patients, performing deliveries and caring for newborns!
