Have you been evaluated by a specialist in internal medicine who takes a thorough history & system review,performs a complete physical examination,& orders appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis&then may refer to to other specialists such as a neurologist, endocrinologist, psychologist or psychiatrist depending upon his/her assessment of you?
