Not sure what "past" means; maybe "paste"? You may have a vaginal yeast infection, among the most common causes of genital itching in women, and the scant discharge can be paste-like. Best to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis; or you could try one of the many OTC vaginal yeast treatments and see a doctor if it doesn't promptly clear up your symptoms. Good luck.
