Usually my breast always like clockwork hurt a few days before period (3-5 days), they are already showing signs of hurting and period is due in around 1 week& 1/2 time. what can be the cause? can it be i had earlier ovulation or that i'm pregnant?

"Earlier ovulation or pregnancy" can cause a shorter cycle, as ovulation occurs regularly 14 days prior to menstruation. See your GYN physician for an exam and additional testing (serum HCG). Ovulation with two eggs can also cause increased breast symptoms from the higher level of estrogen from two eggs instead of one.
