My 12yo has a plt count of 327 (range 347) so upper end of normal. and her mvp is 9.4(range 8.3) her anc is 3.27. the dr has yet to call and its been a week. abs lymphs 3.67 (2.3 range) lymphs% 47(42.) monos 8.7(8) this seems like a lot of of range?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the results are a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
