An EKG and visit with your physician is recommended. Please have an evaluation. The description of your chest pain may also indicate a pinched nerve, but cardiac conditions should be considered. Have you had COVID 19 infection? If so, long COVID is one possible condition to also consider. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough cough and fatigue.

Although not feasible to be precise in absence of exam, would have your doctor evaluate this. This could be a referred spinal cord irritation, called a reverse Lhermitte's phenomenon, which would radiate from a spinal cord compression or torsion within the neck spinal canal. Imaging might provide answers, but blood studies such as B-12 are also advisable.
