The residual tissue paper will come out with the usual vaginal secretions. This is not of concern for your or your baby's health. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

I would tease these out with a moistened cotton swab. Foreign material left inside can trigger localized inflammation or infection with common germs. The moist vaginal secretions provide nutrients that many germs can be sustained on and thrive. If you develop a discharge talk with your OB, otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

The toilet paper will dissolve or be eliminated during urination. Further wiping will also eliminate the small pieces, don't worry and have a healthy child.
