Yes, these work in different ways. It takes up to half a hay or more to see the peak effect of Allegra, which is a benefit when taking long term during your allergy seasons. Benadryl peaks at 2 hours and is out of your body in 4-6 hours. The 2 don't counteract or interfere with each other. Benadryl can be sedating.
