I used to have yellow with odor discharge but still a virgin. what are the possible infection or sickness do i have?

The most common cause of vaginal discharge with odor is bacterial vaginosis, which can occur following oral sex, fingering, or shared sex toys with female partners (i.e. without vaginal-penile intercourse).
