The most common cause of vaginal discharge with odor is bacterial vaginosis, which can occur following oral sex, fingering, or shared sex toys with female partners (i.e. without vaginal-penile intercourse). Colored discharge often means other infections, including STIs. Any new or unexplained vaginal discharge needs in person medical evaluation, so see a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
