Then you need to see someone you can trust. over there. Most of us here are not experts in acne in Bhutan. If someone is they wold need to see you in person. Or by video but we do not do consults outside of US. See if there is a Dermatologist in Bhutan who does it. Acne is not an easy problem to solve. Discuss with your current Derm why you do not trust him & perhaps you can work it out.
