Risk of pregnancy after the cited actions is low but not zero. Pregnancy has been documented from exposure at any point in the cycle including during menses. It is rare & more often in women with irregular patterns. Sperm is present in all penile secretions during sex, not just at climax. The EC should prevent any pregnancy.
