Hello doctor my bilirubin is positive 1 (+) however my hepatitis test for b & c is negative, what cause is this ? or maybe is there any other disease ? no yellow eyes, no symptom?

I'm unsure what 1+ positive for bilirubin indicates. I note that you weren't tested for hepatitis A. However, if your liver enzymes are normal you don't have hepatitis.
