Eating ice has no direct effect on menses. Normal women can occasionally have a delayed cycle or mis one for up to 2 months or more. Pregnancy tests can be falsely negative when taken too early in a pregnancy.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. In addition, eating ice cubes is often an indication of iron deficiency. Make sure you are taking supplemental iron and folic acid and consult with your doctor.
