Lymph node enlargement under your chin is most probably due to an oral infection, most often tooth decay and/or gum disease. Put down the computer, pick up your phone, call you Dentist. If your Dentist rules out oral infection, schedule a full physical examination with the General Physician thatnyounshouldhave been seeing on a regular basis to establish baseline.

You may feel the nodes every couple of days, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
