Bloating and bubbling are usually intestinal gas. By itself I cannot link it directly to something bad. Pursue something that helps you relax and the stress should subside.

Your brain communicates with your gut and now you're constipated. Drink lots of fluids, eat digestible fiber and exercise. If you have an urge to move your bowels but can't, insert a dulcolax rectal suppository or a fleets enema. If you have no urge, take a bowel stimulant like senokotS according to instructions. Consider stress management therapy to deal with chronic stress& anxiety.
