While "Plan B" is essentially a hormonal pill equivalent to a standard bcp, and can cause withdrawal bleeding days after taking it, heavy bleeding , "bleeding everywhere" may require testing by serum HCG to be certain about pregnancy. See your GYN physician for guidance.
