For the last few days, i have noticed a weird and quick few throbbing/pulsating feelings coming from, what feels like directly in or around my butthole, then goes away. is this something to be concerned about? always feels weird when it happens?

There are many possible causes of rectal pain including but not limited to: hemorrhoids, anal fissure, IBD, infection, trauma, and rarely cancer. If the pains continue, see a proctologist or gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
