After drinking a glass of usually chocolate milk my daughter will say her belly hurts. this lasts maybe a couple minutes and then she carrie's on like nothing is wrong. what would cause this and should i be concerned ?

Discuss the possibility of lactose intolerance with her pediatrician. It's uncommon at age two, but not impossible; more common with some ethnicities, especially Asian. (If it's lactose intolerance, the milk is the problem, not the chocolate flavoring.)
