HPV never causes pain of any kind; something else is the cause, and vulvar cancer isn't painful. Vulvar cancer is extremely rare in women with high risk HPV, including HPV18 -- a lot less common than cervical cancer, and even that is uncommon. And CIN1 is low grade dysplasia, with low risk of progressing to cervical cancer. You can expect your doctor to confirm all this. Good luck.
