Find a life coach that will teach you stress advanced management skills that will make this easier. By the time you get to the point of IUI you have a lot invested in its success & stressing over the issue is not only reasonable it is expected. How you handle the stress is another issue and you can learn techniques that help channel the emotion into creative and productive pursuits. Do the work.

It is very normal to be concerned about the outcome of any pregnancy, but statistics show that the risk of a miscarriage is very low after 12 weeks of a documented date of progressive growth of the fetus.
