4 days ago my gf and i had unprotected sex. its our 1st time . i did cum like halfway through vagaina then she wash it off and later she did also cum . that day her vagaina hurts . today she is ok . is she gonna get pregnant ? what to do now ?

Pregnancy is possible but at this point all you can do is wait. A home pregnancy test could be positive in about two weeks, three weeks maximum. If she gets a normal period before that then pregnancy is highly unlikely. You can also better evaluate her chance of pregnancy if you know her last period and how regular her cycles are. Please use protection in the future if you wish to avoid pregnancy.
